Pres. Don Nelson called our Annual Meeting to order.Division 9
Lt. Gov. Bev Fuller greeted the club and announced that her successor will be Lt. Gov.-Designate Ken Georgovitz from the Concord club. She also reminded everyone of the Goodwill Trip to Montreal, May 18-20. Unfortunately, she will be unable to attend the International Convention in Taipei.Welcome Home
To mark Sr. Member Roger Webster's return from Arizona, Pres. Don Nelson led the club in a round of How Do Ya Do?Win a Classic!
V.P. Phil Bonafide reports that the roadshow to Keene took in $2640 bringing our gross so far to around $35,500. Joining him and Dick Breton were Roger Webster and Nancy Williams. Even tho understaffed, they kept things going until the day's slow-down at 3:00 p.m. Next up will be the Weirs Boardwalk Memorial Weekend. We will be there Saturday and/or Sunday depending on the weather. And Motorcycle Week is not that far away--be sure to set some time aside for the Big Push. Imm. Past Lt. Gov. Chair Chet Cilley sent around the sign-up sheet for our annual Kiwanis Safety Day, Saturday, May 12, 10a-2p at Cantin's Chevrolet. If you haven't signed-up yet, give him a call. Flyers have gone out to the schools and The Citizen, WLNH, and Metrocast will also be getting the word out.070401

Sr. Member Dick Breton came up with a buck for Sr. Member Roger Webster's help on the roadshow and only mentioned World War II once. Roger Webster then felt compelled to claim equal time by saying that it was "good to be back" and Leo and Claire Sasseville send their regards.Food Savior

The Salvation Army will be holding it's annual Civic Luncheon at the Margate on Tuesday, May 22. We get one freebie, other members pay $10.50/50

Sr. Member Roger Ballantyne reports that while we are again asked to staff the softball event for the Special Olympics, Saturday, June 2, it will be held at Dover High School instead of U.N.H. If anyone needs a ride, call Roger.Membership

Election Chair Joe Adrignola distributed, collected, and tallied the votes for next year's club and Charities Fund leadership. The winners were: President, Phil Bonafide; First Vice Pres., Larry Murphy; Second Vice President, John Grocki; Treasurer, Chet Cilley; Directors, Dianne Roberts, Nancy Parrott, Jim Fortier, Randy Eifert, and Dan Fisher.
