After the motion was made from the floor and seconded, Past Pres. Phil Bonafide directed Sec.'y Kathy Calvin to cast one vote each to elect Warren Mitchell President-Elect and Paul Cotton Vice President.Past President Phil Bonafide picks up the gavel once again as our leadership is MIA.

Past Pres. Michael Bastraw reported earnings from our first weekend of Motorcycle Week and to point out that there are still shifts to be filled--see list below. If you can't make a scheduled shift, find your own replacement and let Chair Paul Cotton know. Parking is available at Thurston's Marine and Past Pres. Joe Adrignola's house. Remember that the Weirs Bridge closes to 4-wheeled traffic Thursday. Members should plan on turning in all tickets and monies to Chair Paul Cotton before the drawing on Sunday next. Sr. Member Roger Ballantyne introduced Jean Davidson, granddaughter of one of the founders of the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company, to the club. A lifelong teacher from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Davidson has taken a year sabbatical to promote her two books: Growing Up Harley-Davidson and Harley-Davidson Family Album. She spoke of the history and her own involvement with the company. Afterwards she autographed copies of her books for many interested fans. For more information go to jeandavidson.com.
