Price Increase:
After two years at $12 per meal, Contigiani’s is raising our meal cost by $1 to make it $13 per meal (Larry Murphy didn't like the number "13," so he offered to pay $14).

Elections Next Week:
Next Monday, May 11th is our Annual Meeting and elections will be held. Nominations are as follows:

For Directors: Lori Dickson, Jim Fortier, Peter Karagianis, Dianne Roberts, and Joe Collie
For President: Dick Metz
For First Vice President: Mike Marsh
For Second Vice President: Denise Dow

Bike Rodeo Update...
Mike Marsh reminded the club that the Bike Rodeo is this Saturday, May 9th rain or shine. The event will be at Leavitt Park on Elm Street in Laconia. Most members need to show up by 9:15. A few will be needed earlier to help set up and should arrive by 8 a.m. Signed up so far: Brian Winslow, Joe Collie, Kathy Calvin, Phil Bonafide, Dianne Roberts, Steve Loughlin, Warren Mitchell, Ron Penn, Mike Marsh, Jim Fortier, Roger & Pam Landry, Roger Webster, Paul Normandin, Carroll Stafford, Larry Murphy and Howard Bacon.

Island Getaway:
Larry Murphy reported that he needs some volunteers to help with the annual prep and clean up at Camp Mayhew Island on Saturday, May 30th. More details will be discussed in the weeks ahead.

Board Minutes:

Secretary Kathy read the minutes from the April 6th Directors meeting. The Board:

*Approved the minutes as read.
*Approved the General Fund as read.
*Approved the Charity Fund as read.
*Paid dental bills of $72.00.
*Approved Paul Cotton to senior membership status.
*Approved to reimburse Kathy Calvin for up to $150.00 for gifts related to the Children's Christmas Party.

Meeting adjourned at 7:35.
