News That Concerns Kiwanians and Their Families

God Bless America!
If you need a Don Nelson "fix" of God Bless America turn up the audio on your computer and double "click" on the Don Nelson picture below.

Note: In order for Don to sing:

1. Once you double "click" on Don's picture, you will need to wait about 60 seconds for Don to start singing. So, please be patient.

2. You will need to have Quicktime player installed on your computer. If you don't have Quicktime player, you can download it by clicking here.

If you were unable to get Don to sing, you'll just have to go "cold turkey" and wait until next week's meeting. .com/3000-2194-10002208.html

Happy Birthday America!
The 4th of July celebration is on…the 4th of July! Imagine that. It’s a Wednesday this year. In lieu of towing the trailer in the parade this year, the Laconia Kiwanis Club will have several members driving in and riding in their classic cars! Look for Roger Landry to be there, as well as Warren Mitchell, Dick Metz, and Dick Breton. Also riding along…several “Klassic Kiwanians” like Ed Chertok, Roger Webster, and possibly Peter Karagianis. The parade starts at 1pm at Garfield Street and Wyatt Park…those participating should meet at NAPA, 580 Union Ave. at 12:30.
