Kathy Calvin announced that we will be having two Kiwanis KARES events this
month. Pleasant Street
Elementary at 11:05
am on Thursday October
15th and
another at Elm Street
Elementary at 10:30am
on Thursday October
22nd.
Kathy cautioned that
the October 15th
event might be canceled
if books have not
come in yet. If you
are interested please
let Kathy Calvin
know.
Sergeant-at-Arms Roger Landry reminded those who are willing to help at the Downtown Merchants and Laconia Kiwanis Car Show this Saturday October 17th to please be there at 9:00am.
A possible
fund raiser?...
Cathy Knox offered to donate proceeds from a Yoga class
she was considering starting, she is on the lookout for a space to hold it.
President Dick Metz offered a possible location.

Sergeant-at-Arms Roger Landry asked Past President Larry
Murphy to please draw the 50/50 ticket. The winner of $20 was Pam Landry.
Treasurer Joe Adrignola promptly offered Pam $25 so that she wouldn't’t’ come
back next week.

Brian Winslow gave $1 congratulating Roger Landry for winning Kiwanian
of the Year.
Dick Metz gave $1 because Roger did not attend his installation.
