Bylaws:
Note: Past
President Brian Winslow is proposing a change to our bylaws to be voted
on at the January 4th meeting.
Proposed amendment: to concern Article VII, Section 1 of the BYLAWS
of the KIWANIS CLUB OF LACONIA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, INC.
Currently Reads “The Board of Directors shall consist of the officers
and 8 elected directors.”
Proposed Language “The Board of Directors shall consist of the officers
and 5 elected directors.”
