New Bylaws and Other Proposed Changes:
Interim President Brian reminds the club that we will be voting on the changes to the Bylaws and the Club Policies and Procedures next Monday, July 12th.  He requests a robust attendance so that we can have an official vote.  The Bylaw changes will consist of change to Article XI Section 1 to read: "This club shall hold two (2) regularly scheduled meetings per month. The day and place to be determined by the Board of Directors." You can find a copy of the proposed Policies and Procedures by clicking here.

Invitation:
President Brian let the club know that the Circle Program has invited us to visit at the end of July and the beginning of August.  If anyone is interested please see Brian or Warren Mitchell.

50 50:

In the last two weeks, the individual drawing the ticket ended up winning. So, in effort to break his losing streak, Joe does the draw.

Board Meeting Minutes:

Secretary Kathy Calvin reported the last Board of Directors meeting was held on May 3rd. At that meeting, the Board approved the minutes and the Treasure's report. The Board also approved a donation of $800.00 to Multicultural Day. The minutes were subsequently approved.
